i'm doing a presentation on air pollution.....this picture helps a ton!

I plan to use this photo in my book "Environment and its only self-endangered species- The Man'You have a warning about use in commercial applications but I am not sure how this fits into the rules. We would like to use this great photo on the cover of a high school environmental health science lesson in which students use GIS to learn about ozone pollution.
